A mindset + life coach, pursuing certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coach (iPEC), my greatest joy is help women step out of autopilot and into greater abundance.

After a decade of work in marketing, writing, and consulting, I made the decision to use my own gifts to impact others through coaching. My goal is to help women like myself move out of old thought patterns that are keeping them stuck and into a place of choice and power.
